Mike and his team are like no other! What impresses me and what I really appreciate is the attention to detail of the exercises they give! They have helped my son rehab from a baseball injury and got him back on the field. My son looks forward to his workouts because he loves a challenge. Mike and his team present that at every workout. Bio-Dynamic Athletics is a great place for young athletes to train on strength and conditioning while building up endurance, bringing awareness of form & body mechanics, increasing flexibility and learning to listen to one’s body. Mike also provides recovery sessions to aid in your athletes with muscle pain, soreness, and reconditioning in between events. Great place highly recommended for all sports! Bio-Dynamic Athletics is awesome!
