I got my model 2008 3 years ago, it has broken down 3 times in three years. The first time they said it was from smoke. So I set it in a room and made it that no one was to smoke in that room around the machine. It broke again same thing as the first time. It worked about 3 months when I got it back then it started to go crazy. It wouldn't set, I would have to set each time I used it.
