Mr. Roger Llyod and his assistant did an excellent job steam-cleaning our basement carpet and sectional. Mr. Lloyd is very knowledgeable, and professional, cares deeply, and is proud of his service. I would use it again! My only regret is not having taken before and after pictures
I had a terrible experience with Bio-Clean Carpet Cleaning. They did an awful job, and to make matters worse, the guys outright told me they couldn't clean much for the $225 I paid. Seriously? If that's the case, then why offer services at that price if you can't do the job properly? The carpets still looked dirty after they were done, with no noticeable improvement. I found it completely ironic and unacceptable to hire a professional cleaning service, only to end up with more issues than solutions. BIO-Clean's invoice promised an effective cleaning method using "high-powered brushes and safe, yet effective, cleaning agents" to thoroughly scrub away dirt and grime without damaging the tiles or grout. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
