My carpet was pretty bad to begin with and when I called to make the appointment I explained that I had some stains that may need extra attention. When the cleaner was finished the stains were still there and very visible. He said that he couldn't get them up. I asked if he had any special chemical for stains and he said no. I asked if he could go over them a second time he said no and packed his things quickly. He was obviously irritated but still offered a $25 discount which is why I gave them 3 stars.
