I've been using this company for many years. I dropped off a sample at the lab and asked for a priority test which is 2 days. I received my result in 10 days which was fine, but then they charged me as a priority. When I asked to speak with a manager, he called me back. He was VERY rude and argumentative saying that I still have to pay the priority fee even though it took 10 days longer due to staff cuts etc. I was trying to be reasonable and explain that the right thing to do would be to just charge the normal fee as that i... read more

really poor & rude costumer service; When I was inquiring about a service the manager gave me an unrealistic price & did not want to answer any of my following questions & just hung up the phone; I would not recommend any of their services;
