I used BCC for pipet calibration services on site. The tech that came to my lab was amazing:helpful, organized, efficient & very knowledgeable. Easiest process from start (filling out docs and sending my inventory for calibration), to middle (accepting the itemized quote & getting a site visit scheduled for on site calibration services) to end- pipets calibrated & those needing repair taken to a service dept within Bio Calibration to be diagnosed, quoted and then shipped back.
