We bought two seats through Costco in 2020. Both seats stopped working in about 3.5 years from the dates of purchase. Both have got problem with water solenoid. I called company for the repair or part purchase. The answer was we cannot help. Product has been discontinued. $800 now burns to the ground. Terrible quality and terrible product support.
All the 1 star reviews are 100% justified and accurate. I recently made the mistake of buying a bidet from BioBidet and the ordeal of that purchase continues to this day. BioBidet placed a 2nd charge on my credit card for the 1 bidet that I purchased apparently believing that I would not notice 2 charges for the 1 bidet. During both phone calls to them, they denied any knowledge of the 2nd charge and they even did this after I sent them a copy of my bank statement with the 2 same BioBidet charges made on the same day for the... read more
The bidet itself on the integrated Prodigy model we bought at Costco, worked well for a couple years, but the lid was super chintzy - thin plastic and the product label glue would not come off. Fast forward a couple years and surprise, surprise, the lid broke. Called Bio Bidet and was told the replacement lid was no longer available. No explanation, no direction as to what to do, nothing.
Had mine for less than a year before the plastic hooks that hold the entire seat together broke. Very weak design. The entire thing worked great except those two tiny hooks, and now I have to throw the whole thing away. I contacted the company and was told that since I didn't hoard the receipt from mine months ago, they would not do anything. How many receipts do they really expect me to keep over the course of a year? How many black market toilet seat dealers are out here selling used toilet seats?! Especially ones that bre... read more
