BioBidet 2000 purchased October 19, 2024: I, an older man, chose this product and model based upon reviews and online customer comments. Some stated "using this product made me feel clean like I just took a shower". This was not my experience despite using the highest water pressure and heat settings. Perhaps it's more efficient for frontal use settings for the ladies. If you're especially cost concerned, I wouldn't recommend it.

Beware! Do not buy from Bio Bidet if you think there is any possibility that the bidet will not fit on your toilet. Their return policy states that they will not refund used bidet seats. We did not use the bidet, we only tried to install it and it did not fit, even though our measurements were within their perimeters that they say will fit. They refused to refund it, using the policy under the smart toilets and the government restrictions as an excuse. Had mine for less than a year before the plastic hooks that hold the entire seat together broke. Very weak design. The entire thing worked great except those two tiny hooks, and now I have to throw the whole thing away. I contacted the company and was told that since I didn't hoard the receipt from mine months ago, they would not do anything. How many receipts do they really expect me to keep over the course of a year? How many black market toilet seat dealers are out here selling used toilet seats?! Especially ones that bre... read more

Product breaking after 4 years of use Toilet seat cracking in multiple areas. No one in house is overweight Called Biobidet talked with Andy, informed it was out of warranty and best he could do was 5% off a new bidet. Was good while it lasted though a $400 purchase that lasts 4 years with nothing else for a current customer but a 5% off if you join the Honors Club seems like they don’t care to keep me as a repeat customer.
