A great special place managed by an unique professional and experienced team that takes care of you in order to achieve a physical and emotional balance that you are looking for with high-end treatments and equipment always under the proper medical supervision. I had Botox, first time in BIO but had it before, so I can certainly say that the professionalism of the staff is outstanding. I was gifted a 1 hour massage. It was purchased on Groupon. My experience was one of the worst ever, seriously recommended healthy magic in Columbia mall, massage envy, or Ojas. I’m all for family owned businesses, but this place is a joke. I get there early for my appointment and there is only 1 masseuse. The host says it will be another 5-10 minutes. Great relaxing facial
My first visit to BIO and I can tell it won't be my last. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted politely and with a welcoming smile. The entire staff is very friendly and smiles while talking to you. That makes a big difference. Dr. Martin was very informative and so pleasant and explained everything to me thoroughly. Do yourself a favor and go to BIO in Elkridge Md for all your spa needs and great Botox prices.
I received a facial and it was AMAZING!! The staff is extremely friendly and very professional!
