A great special place managed by an unique professional and experienced team that takes care of you in order to achieve a physical and emotional balance that you are looking for with high-end treatments and equipment always under the proper medical supervision. I was gifted a 1 hour massage. It was purchased on Groupon. My experience was one of the worst ever, seriously recommended healthy magic in Columbia mall, massage envy, or Ojas. I’m all for family owned businesses, but this place is a joke. I get there early for my appointment and there is only 1 masseuse. The host says it will be another 5-10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes while the masseuse and client had a random conversation. *Super unprofessional* I could hear everything because the place is literally an open space with a... read more

My first visit to BIO and I can tell it won't be my last. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted politely and with a welcoming smile. The entire staff is very friendly and smiles while talking to you. That makes a big difference. Dr. Martin was very informative and so pleasant and explained everything to me thoroughly. Do yourself a favor and go to BIO in Elkridge Md for all your spa needs and great Botox prices.
