Disorganized and poor communication. When in the store, we were told that we could get the same day lenses for our son, but not that day. It would have to be tomorrow. The next day, we were told that we couldn't get same day lenses that day, it would have to be the next day. Don't advertise same day lenses and then constantly tell your customer that you can't offer same day lenses. We instead took our business to Eyemart Express and have so far been very pleased.
