Whenever I go my dentist appointments here at Thomas Family Dentistry, I feel at eased and it’s almost like a second home. Right when I entered the office I am instantly greeted by an happy energetic and very nice front desk receptionist, I believed her name is Kelly. She was very helpful and was able to resolved my insurance coverages for certain treatments that I needed to get done within seconds. The new Dr. Abraham worked on putting in a new crown. This is the first of two appointments to do the crown. I found the Dr. very congenial and had good technique while working on my tooth. The assistant was nice but didn’t seem as experienced as one would like. She did just ok with her duties. The appointment was very long…2 1/2 hours. I know I talked a lot at the beginning of appointment, but I don’t feel just my talking accounts for the amount of time I was in the office.
I recently met Dr Thomas for the first time. He is a caring and professional dentist. Once, he exam my teeth, he knew exactly what needed to be done and gets right to it. In addition, he has a wonderful front desk staff, Kelly that was able to contact my insurance and get my dental insurance information and verified all my benefits and coverage within minutes. On top of this, Kelly was able to get me in that same day. Now, this puts me right at ease to where I am comfortable enough to go forward with the procedure. Therefore... read more
