Very disappointing experience and misleading advertising. Thomas Family Dentistry clearly advertises a “Smile Savings Plan” on its website for patients without dental insurance, however, after speaking with two different staff members, both repeatedly insisted that no such plan exists and that patients must either have dental insurance or pay entirely out of pocket. Dr. Thomas and his staff are amazing. They’re v caring, organized and I would recommend them to anyone.
Wonderful experience, my tooth had broke the night before. Called them at 8am, they had me in by 8:30am. Great service!! Thank you all
