As a repeat customer, I’m officially done with this place. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt too many times, but this situation was the last straw. My daughter and I both showed a photo of the style we wanted and specified the length as mid-back. Everything seemed clear. I asked for medium sized knotless braids. They braided them medium size in the front and large in the back. There were 3 people braiding my hair and the length of my braids were not consistent.

I went for boho knotless braids. I got there at 8am and left at 2pm which would have been great if they had done my boho right. They put one strand of human hair in some braids instead of 4-5. I brought 2 packs of human bulk hair and they tried to overcharge me for bringing more than one pack. They charged $260 for waist length boho 2 packs and didnt even use all of it. Will not be going back.

I absolutely love this shop! I’ve been coming here for 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always so kind and sweet. They are quick! Just tell them what you’d like and they do it. I am very big on going to the same shop to help provide me with consistency and they do right by me every time 🫶.
