I came in Sunday afternoon to ask about availability for this morning, and I was told to come in today. I arrived at 9:30 AM, as instructed, only to find out that no one starts showing up until almost 11:00 AM. To make matters worse they didn’t start her hair till after 12PM, they also did wantever they felt like and didn’t give the style I wanted but still wanted to charge me the same price. Very Great Customer Service. Very respectful and any way I can want my hair style to be. They always make sure it’s done very neat and nice .
I’ve given this salon several chances, but each visit has been a poor experience. The braiders are often very late and unapologetic, and communication is unprofessional. At my most recent visit, i explained what I want clearly but instead, then got defensive and blamed me. She also used hot water carelessly and burned my scalp because of their annoyance with speaking up, joking about it afterward and talking shit as if people don’t have translator apps listening to them.
