Very Great Customer Service. Very respectful and any way I can want my hair style to be. They always make sure it’s done very neat and nice .
I’ve given this salon several chances, but each visit has been a poor experience. The braiders are often very late and unapologetic, and communication is unprofessional. At my most recent visit, i explained what I want clearly but instead, then got defensive and blamed me. She also used hot water carelessly and burned my scalp because of their annoyance with speaking up, joking about it afterward and talking shit as if people don’t have translator apps listening to them. They are inconsiderate of their Customers time. Opened late and people they know who came after me, they did their hair before me. The Shop is Smelly and Dirty. They don’t clean the Combs and Picks. And the braiders have bad attitude. They be talking about their customers in their language. And they OVERCHARGE!!
