This front desk lady is insanely rude. Especially targeting the first time visitor. The way she serves as investigating the criminals and doesn’t provide any professional information or service with their outdated computer system. What a shame to turn down those badminton lovers. It’s not worth to lose your reputation because of one terrible server( who didn’t provide service). At least, I’m not coming here to ruin my day or weekend for this kind of behavior service.
The front desk old lady extremely rude. Come in excited to play then was treated like I did something to her
I’ve been playing at this with a large group of friends at this Bintang facility ever since it opened up in Burlingame. What’s prompting me to write this review today is the constant rude behavior by the older lady at the front desk who just assumes everyone is there to somehow game their already complicated system. She shows absolutely no kindness to newer folks or respect to the regulars who play there multiple times a week. The desk operator lady is very rude to people signing in. The courts are decent except some courts have folded uneven carpets.
