I've been going to bintang burlingame for years now and overall its a great place to play badminton. However, I am rating this one star due to this phone encounter on 5/31/26 at 5:00 PM-- I accidentally left my badminton rackets at bintang burlingame at a specific location next to a court. I called bintang burlingame, and a male answered the phone, obviously sounding tired and unwilling to help . The front desk staff's attitude was absolutely terrible—extremely rude and unpleasan！！
Closed the court before time by 1.5 hours
Closed early by 1.5 hours at 7:30PM. Ideally should refund the court fee as they closed earlier that the time on google maps which was 9pm
