Today, I witnessed a front desk staff roaring and insulting customers in the stadium. This has reduced the overall quality of the stadium, and the viewing experience is very poor.
**Avoid this place if you don't want to ruin the day** We're a group of new people to this place. The court is poorly designed that to go to the #5 court we have to across the back of #4 court. Nobody warned us about this when we checked in. When we walked along the way, people in #4 talked to us to ask us be away but in a rude manner. Thus we had some small argument about it but we were just about to end it to be peaceful because nobody wanted to get themselves into trouble on a beautiful Sunday morning. the staff is very rude and environment is underwhelming
This is a very busy location. It’s nice and cool inside big building and very clean. They even have hand sanitizer at the door. There is always someone at the front desk ready to help and everyone’s very friendly. Great concept great idea and a great place. definitely would come back again
