Very unprofessional and RUDE I took my girls to get their hair done at 8 am they started on one of my girls hair so after a hour I asked when will they start on my other child hair they kept saying 15 min okay so another hour go by I asked when are they going to start my other child hair and they said they was waiting on another lady she had to go to the doctor once again I said okay so they finally finished my oldest hair and the lady said the owner said they not gone do my other child hair I asked why they said we are just... read more
Terrible the braiders had attitude and my braids were coming out/incomplete. They hated answering questions. 2 braiders however completely different braiding style and quality of work. I had to redo a lot of braids when I got home
went to get my braids taken down & literally cut my hair (mind you my hair was a different color than the weave in the braids, so it almost gave deliberate) still TRIED to charge me & had the crazy idea to offer to blow dry my hair……they dont even have washing sinks smh
