I made a call to get some of our foster kids hair done. We have paperwork and need receipts for hair. This lady sounded like she was asleep. (Mind you the hours of operation say she is open.. she informed me she was In fact "off today".) Then when I asked her if she could do a W9 form and get me a receipt for the girls hair when we come she responded that she "doesn't have time for all that don't call me again!" And hung up on me. I wouldn't even give one star. We will be taking our business elsewhere. This lady was rude!
Horrible service and speed ! I got to my appointment at 1pm it’s currently 10:41 and she is still not done nor did she do my hair the way I asked for it to be ! This is the worse service EVER and I’ll never come back here !
My braids are very neat but I paid 289 for small waist length and she did mid-back length also it took her over 10 hrs to do them. If you are looking for a fast service this is definitely not the place ..
