Pretty rude and dry on the phone attempting to get a windshield quote. Never going to try them again. No customer service and the person pretty much made fun of me getting my VIN number and for some reason could not shut up to hear the letters and numbers. Absolutely awful.
Couldn't be more pleased. Office staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Installer courteous and professional. Came to Junction City from Topeka to do my windshield. Beat all the local installers by $50 - $100. Perfect install. Excellent warranty.
Very affordable and friendly. Not very good on communication however. I brought my window in to get repaired two weeks ago and at first I was told 3-5 days. After a week I called and I was told it was then 7-10 days. I called and paid in advanced for my window because they said it would be done Thursday or Friday and their window guy would be going to Wamego and would call me.
