Wow, our technician was great. Came out and said it would be tomorrow due to wrong size glass. But it wasn't even an hour later and he returned and installed the new the glass. Thankyou very much.
Project was a door sidelight replacement. The glass installed was exactly what was ordered and was cut to size. The installation was sloppy with no prep work done to clean up the edges of the frame before the new glass was installed. New trim pieces were not installed because they had no way to trim them to size. Customer service was average at best.
