There is a July 4th post by Mike C on Binswanger's website (West Broad St.) that conveyed my exact experience. It is uncanny. All one would need to do is change the name of the insurance co. to Nationwide and the vehicle to Lexus. Initially using Safelite, no one showed for the initial installation appt, although they confirmed the day before. After contacting them, they rescheduled, again confirming the day prior. Excellent, knowledgeable service.
I contacted the Binswanger location on West Broad St after having a very bad experience with Safelite. The only reason I had to work so hard to get my glass replaced is because USAA forced me to go through Safelite at first. Two times Safelite made appointments to come to our house to repair our windshield and two times they broke the appointment after I made plans to be at home for the day. The first appointment Safelite made was for 8am-noon, and they sent me a message at 11:30 saying the appointment was being rescheduled.... read more
