Dont do it I was quoted a price to repair my windshield & a length of time (2 days). It took them 4 days to get out, and I couldn't be there until the next day. Then there was an issue w/the weather. They didn't tell me the person they were going to service was in North Carolina. They didn't tell me they were going to service others before me. They are only open 8-5 M-F and will leave a handicapped person all weekend if this messes up because they don't get to me until the last. They knew this. I would not use them again. Th... read more

Dont do it They will tell you one story and then it changes when it comes to the actual job performance (when, how, time, etc.). They left a handicapped person until last to do the job, so that if they had a problem, they would have NO transportation the whole weekend and would have to take off work to get it fixed on Monday!! That should tell you the kind of stunts they pull.

fast, friendly, & reasonably priced Normally, when I leave a review for anything it's negative, but since I've started to sell advertising, I now see the importance of posting a review regardless of good or bad. Anyways, my windshield was kicked in Saturday night & between me & my boyfriend, we called numerous places with a mobile service that could replace it without having to spend $500+. I found some places that cost about the same as here, but they were very rude on the phone, they acted like since Sunday was their day o... read more

Where has customer service gone? The absolute rudest staff I have ever experienced anywhere. The lady working the front desk acted like I was ruining her day by asking her questions and didn't care or listen to what I had to say. I should be happy though because after she turned my business away a quick google search showed me that I can easily replace my windshield trim myself. Also just a quick note. I have never in my life wrote bad review but hopefully I can keep someone else from having to deal with her wrath.
