Never use Binswanger in Galveston – They are the worse company have the worse customer service in the area. Would never recommend them....they don't show when they say the are on one occasion never showed up and never called to say they weren't coming nor did the apologize. They are awfulL!!!!! go somewhere else!
Go somewhere else! – Not sure if they are like other Binswanger locations but this one should be avoided. I ordered a glass top for my table and when I went to pick it up I found that they had taken a sander or something to the edges of the glass and it looked terrible. When I asked them about getting another one with polished edges they said they could do that but they wouldn't give me any credit for the glass they already got me that was messed up.
