They were fast and reasonably priced. We had a special glass installed and it got a small chip during install but they went above and beyond to get it fixed same day.
Extremely friendly and helpful - the circle glass I ask for was perfect.
They did a great job cutting the glass pieces to fit the missing glass for a vintage table that we purchased recently. They cut the pieces and fitted them while we waited and the staff loaded the table back on our truck when they finished. Nina and the staff were great and we will definitely be back for our future glass needs!
Nita was great! She made sure the glass we needed for our table top was cut to HER high standard for perfect fit. As a Director of a division I appreciate her dedication to customer service and I know how rare it is! It's even more rare to have someone doing their job at that level 45 years into their career. We have the table back in place at home and we are grateful to her and the rest of the staff! This was our first visit but it won't be our last!
Ms. Nita and the crew at Binswanger Glass are a “class act” all the way! They were extremely helpful and professional when I needed some help with plexiglass for a long term care facility.
