Absolutely, positively unprofessional. This is my second attempt, ( shame on me) The first go round I took them a perfect template and after 4 return visits and much wasted time they finally cut it to the size and shape of the template. The second time today. I gave them exact measurements and even reminded them of our last interaction and get home only to find they don't know how to read a tape measure.
