I took my mom to get a new walker. Sarah R. was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My mom is extremely happy.
We worked with the manager, Nick at the Sterling Heights Schoenerr location. He was not only friendly but proved to be compassionate as well. He went above and beyond to get us the supplies we needed when it looked at first like the insurance might not cover the amount prescribed by the doctor. He was very knowledgeable in regards to working with our insurance provider to get them the information they needed so that the prescribed amount of supplies not be delayed. If you value your time in this world at all avoid this place.
No one answered phones after 2 hours. Went into the store and one person ignored me after 15 minutes someone talked to me and said she couldn’t do anything and would have to send paperwork to main office. Said hopefully they will call me soon. Worst customer service ever.
