I had gone to be fitted for custom orthotics in August. Its beginning of Dec. I still dont have them. When I called they said it took them until late Oct to hear back from ins. Co. I have severe distal polyneuropathy, just as bad as diabetic feet. I have 0 stability and lose balance even with my cane. This place was so insensitive they hung up on our conversation when I explained how important these are to my balance. If I get them.
