Had a great experience working with Erica S. while picking up my BIPAP machine today. She was very professional and through! She answered all of my questions and was very encouraging.
I honestly don't know how these people are still in business. My sister had shoulder surgery and needed these compression " socks" for her legs so she doesn't get blood clots. This item was ordered on February 7th and she has yet to get them. She called them several times a week and never spoke with anyone but left messages. Never got a call back. Two months later she called to cancel. Actually got a call back within 30 min. Canceled the order and will never do business with them again.

The person assisting me "just did her job". She was rude, not engaged and I felt I was bothering her. She was looking around at what was going on in the store. I remained polite, but was extremely disappointed in the service provided. I called to speak with a manager, but have not heard anything so far. I will look elsewhere for my home health needs.
Was looking for specific medical supply items for my mother-in-law of allewyn bandages and dressing for bud-ridden patients. Definitely a lot of selection.
