I have had several problems now with diabetic supplies getting delivered when they say they will be delivered. I will be switching them to a different pharmacy.
Took over 40 mins just to see if they got a prescription faxed over. On hold for over 20 minutes then got disconnected. Called back , on hold forever again. Called back and spoke with a manager and it only took 3mins to get an answer. Not very efficient.
They said they would be right up with the medicine. Two hours later they came and did not bring all the medicines. They assumed we did not want a medicine because it was costly. So we had to wait even longer!!!! Not sure when we can leave. We could have left hours ago.
Ordered a knee brace December 15 2023 still haven't received it, what the hell is going on. Every time I call the store they give me a different time don't know what to do what to do at
Pat has been so very helpful with Diabetic Supplies for my family! We are new to this situation and it can be a LOT! 2 times I have been in a bind and Pat was able to come to the rescue with a quick solution! SO VERY THANKFUL and APPRECIATIVE that she was able to save the day not once but twice! And all with a SMILE and SO Friendly!!!
