I've been here 3 times for CPAP mask fittings and they have never once informed me of women's masks. Bad service and unknowledgeable or unhelpful staff. Not sure which.
Jen the Orthopedist is amazing at the Ann Arbor store extremely helpful. I had an awful time getting through to the store when trying to contact them but phone or email. My wife was treated rather abruptly by the woman at the front desk when we first arrived but over all they were very professional
A 1! Simply because they promptly answered and put me on hold. I called twice. I was on hold for 20 min each time. I was calling to get a prescription filled. I got my prescription called in elsewhere.
Poor communication. Lack of care for patients receiving products. Lack of follow through. I’ve been hung up on multiple times during my “scheduled call back” gone business days without receiving my call back. Does not send/receive/request documents in a timely manner. Will refuse use of this company again for future needs. If you need something urgently, I highly suggest going elsewhere.
