Good luck actually picking up your equipment. Dispatch will give you the wrong location and times, plus no one will answer the phone so you could call to check if their specific location is open not.

This place as to be a joke. First time using them. I called for my mother to get a shooter. I called! Then was on the phone to the department that handleds theses theses types of equipment. Multiple times i was on hold just listening to music then telling me I was first in line to be answered by the next representative. Well I listen to this 20 min each time just to get hung up on. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! No concern for the patient. My wife tore her Achilles and needs a knee scooter to get around. Took the Rx to Binson’s on Wednesday. They did not submit for insurance approval until the following Tuesday. Insurance notified them of approval on Wednesday, they didn’t get around to letting us know until Friday. By now 9 days have gone by without a way to get around other than dragging a heavy cast on crutches. I will NEVER use them again!!!!! Would give 0 stars if it was possible.

Don’t call the customer service number. You’ll be on hold for over 30 mins.
