Alexandrea has been outstanding every time I have been to Binson’s. She’s kind, patient (even with grumpy people who hate their CPAP at first), and extremely knowledgeable. She makes every visit smooth and positive! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate how helpful she is. Five stars is not enough!
Stay away! Don’t bother. Yesterday afternoon I walked into Binson’s on Jackson Rd., Ann Arbor, to pick up an item for a family member. At the main desk, an obese middle-aged Caucasian man was helping a woman who wanted to discuss the “magnets” in her CPAP. When I told him I was there to pick something up for a family member, he told me that it was just he and another staff member in the store to serve customers, so I waited. Hello, My medical mattress has to be repaired every 3 months with this company. You have to wait 45-50mn to speake with someone or no one answers or the phones drops. It's the worst in the 21st century I've ever witnes. It's like they don't even care!
I've been here 3 times for CPAP mask fittings and they have never once informed me of women's masks. Bad service and unknowledgeable or unhelpful staff. Not sure which.
