Alexandrea was phenomenal! She fully explained everything and answered any questions that I had for her. Thank you for a seamless purchase. Shes the best!
Terrible customer service!! My son needed an orthopedic brace. we arrived and sat for nearly 15 minutes for the "ortho guy" to even acknowledge us. He looked at the script and said that "it was written incorrectly and could not help". I asked him to write down what I needed to take to the doctor to get it fixed and he blew us off. I will NEVER COME BACK and nor should anyone else. I am not supposed to leave a medical place mad. So much for helping us solve an issue.
Dealing with CPAP equipment is not easy but Alexandrea and Megan have made it as fun and stress-free as possible. Alexandrea set up my device, explained everything to me in ways easy to understand. Both Megan and Alexandrea have been patient, kind, and so helpful when I have come in with the same persistent issue. Thank you both so much! Updating my review to include Aaron as being another incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and great person to work with. Everyone at this location is amazing!
Heading to this appt. I was unsure what to expect and also made me feel old! Lol Alex F. Changed my mind about cpap and the entire experience! Extremely knowledgeable in the masks and cpap machines. I scored an 82 my first night! I felt incredible and have stopped yawning all day!! Thank you Binson’s and to Alex, without you I would be missing out on air!
