Can never get ahold of anyone.
I called at least 5 times in 4 days to get thinks taken care of for my sons wheelchair and was on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes and as much as 20 minutes before someone in that department would answer. I understand once or twice but not every time. Unacceptable in my eyes. You can do better..
