If I could give less than one star- I would. This is the worst place to get your DME (durable medical equipment). It's no wonder that they had to close half of this store. They are unhelpful and rude! My husband was forced to use them for his C-Pap supplies when our medical ins. changed and every time he came in to get supplies they were rude to him. Recently I needed to get a sling for shoulder surgery, that the doctor wanted me to bring with me on the morning of surgery, because the plan is to put it on directly after surg... read more

I have been dealing with this company and this store location for many years I understand they've made some changes and I have downsized and I can understand things change everywhere but the customer service quality taking a drastic change for the negative I was pretty much just removed from the store for shopping I would not be returning this was a very uncomfortable and rude experience which stop me from buying more items I didn't want to buy the item that I had but I had to buy it because it was for my mother that's how b... read more

I have called to ask a simple question - do they carry & have in stock a particular thumb brace. I have called multiple times, been transferred to "othorpedics" which is just a call center and the people there are unable to answer my question. Called back a 2nd time, asked NOT to be transferred to the ortho call center and that is exactly what the woman who answered the phone did. I was at my mom's house today when she called Binson's to get her C-Pap report sent to her doctor due to concerns she had about her machine. I could hear both sides of the conversation because it was on speaker phone and was dismayed at how rude the man who answered the phone was to her. He not only didn't answer any of her questions, and was not helpful, but he was arguing with her that it was her doctor's responsibility to request that information.
