Wonderful customer service. Tina was so helpful and got me squared away even though I went to the wrong location. I was really touched by her kindness in helping me out. Thank you
UPDATE: I did email the address below and got a message I was blocked and they do not accept emails!!! They call to tell you you are eligible for replace CPAP parts , encourage you to order a bunch of supplies, and assure you they are all covered under insurance with no co-pays. Then you get slapped with a bill. When I complained, they just said oops, sorry.
I knew there since good service..
Took me 2 hours to pick up a knee scooter I ordered earlier in the day with only 3 other people in the building waiting to be helped. Staff in wildly incompetent, slow and unhelpful. Don’t do business here.
Zero follow through on prescription orders. When I communicated the history of poor experience, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. When I've called, I get lost in a voicemail loop. Really disappointing and frustrating.
