In November 2025 my experience was with Gabriel whom I received my CPAP device from the first time. He had great reviews from other clients and I see why, because if it's your first time you have nothing to compare it against so you think the little instructions that you get are everything you need. I visited Binson's yesterday to contract for a new BiPAP machine. Gabriel was the employee that helped me on this occasion. I was exceptionally pleased with the process at Binson's, and how well they listened to my concerns in providing the right equipment for my needs. The worst! called twice to make two appointments to come to my house. They never showed up called again. Someone was supposed to call me back never heard back from anyone went into the store. Made an appointment for 11. I was told to try to come in early if I could and they may see me early got there at 10:45 found out. There was a guy waiting before me for an appointment at the same time as mine got double booked at 11 what? Why?
