Apparently Binsons will only help people with CGMs if they are diabetic, not if you’re clinically hypoglycemic. This is despite my insurance saying I have coverage. Beyond disappointing. I did the paperwork, had script sent, called to make sure they didn’t need anything else and was told this. This process has been horrific. I thought Binsons would help. I was wrong.

If I could give less than one star- I would. This is the worst place to get your DME (durable medical equipment). It's no wonder that they had to close half of this store. They are unhelpful and rude! My husband was forced to use them for his C-Pap supplies when our medical ins. changed and every time he came in to get supplies they were rude to him. Recently I needed to get a sling for shoulder surgery, that the doctor wanted me to bring with me on the morning of surgery, because the plan is to put it on directly after surg... read more

One of the most miserable places I've gone to. As soon as I got there, I could tell I would get little help so I left. Too much of a headache.

I have been dealing with this company and this store location for many years I understand they've made some changes and I have downsized and I can understand things change everywhere but the customer service quality taking a drastic change for the negative I was pretty much just removed from the store for shopping I would not be returning this was a very uncomfortable and rude experience which stop me from buying more items I didn't want to buy the item that I had but I had to buy it because it was for my mother that's how b... read more
