very helpful, the chair lift dont have a deficated store for direct purchase like a lazy boy etc.. but great service, friendyb, knows product, need supplies its your place to go.
I can't believe how terrible this customer service is! It's absolutely ridiculous that we have none available today. My sister was calling and was put on hold for a whole hour. What a joke of a way to run a business.
Retail mgr could not of been nicer but this new “smaller” building is awful. Workers are so close to each other I could barely hear my lady helping me bc of customers and workers talking. When I left there were customers waiting to the door. It’s waaay too small now. I won’t be going back
