I went to Binson's in Troy to get a CPAP. It was the first time I'd used one, and the gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and guided me through everything very patiently and thoroughly. After a few weeks, I went back because I wasn't happy with the mask I'd chosen and he helped me choose a different one with the same courtesy he'd shown on my previous visit. I'm very happy with the experience I had there.

I came to the Binson's in Troy late on a Friday afternoon, sick, and in need of a new CPAP right away. Branch manager Tina Green was incredibly sweet and helpful. Nothing is easy when it comes to insurance. She explained what was needed and got me into a rental machine to tide me over until we could get the proper paperwork. I cannot say enough about her kindness, especially at the end of a long week. She was thorough, professional, and oh so helpful.
