I received great caring customer service at this location and the fulfillment center. Sam is very knowledgeable & informative; not to mention hilarious! He provided a lot of useful info & tips. Latasha was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
I always have a problem with this place
I wish I could give 0 stars. They rely solely on being the only local medical supply option. Getting them on the phone is hard enough, but somehow the customer service is even worse, and the wait time for supplies is wild. You call and ask questions about your scripts while waiting for them to be insurance approved, and you are rudely told you dont need to call they will call you when there is any progress. But if there is an issue with your script, they don't call and let you know, so you are waiting for no progress. Spend ... read more
