Terrible customer service!
Unable to pay my bill or order new cpap hose. No one answers the phone once transferred to admin or billing for over 40 mins each time I call. Very frustrating. I need to meet compliance for insurance CPAP regulations or I owe thousands of dollars for the equipment but cant even use my machine without a hose and I cant reach anyone to get it! Update: item came quickly so I guess thats a plus.
