Edward Johnson, account manager at the Centerline Binsons, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. Explained the differences between the various Lift Recliners. I sat in probably every one and asked a multitude of questions which he answered and helped me every step of the way. I ended up orderin one, I won't know for a few weeks about insurance acceptance, but should be no issue there. I'll update this post if rating changes.
