Horrible customer service Mrs . Kelly was so callous to my situation. I see why I was treated with such disrespect by staff under her direction. All of them need to be fired . Avoid this location.

Went in just to purchase cannula but was directed to rear of building to have a chat with the trainer?? W t h ? On Medicare, needed them since last one broke. After half hour waiting, listening to the guy pep talk train a elder on her new fancy programmable bipap, I ordered a ten pack on Amazon, walked out.
