Started off great delivered oxygen equipment and explained everything was told i owmrd it that insurance paid for it ordered tube when needed never got a bill for over a year now they want to charge me rental fees I have paperwork saying paid in full ????
It's been 7 months since insurance has changed some benefits. I didn't know Binsons changed some insurance company's acceptance. Bisons never sent me any type of notificatin of this. They just let me run out of necessary supplies. Bad policy and uncaring attitude regarding their clients. Buyer beware.
