I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, worthless customer service with an even more worthless phone ordering system. Ive had my cpap for going on 4 months now and im still forced to use the same mask that came with my machine, even though ive placed orders 4 times now for supplies i only ever received my items once but with the completly wrong parts. Dont waste your your time with this company.
Binson’s medical equipment & supplies is a great resource for people looking for medical supplies. Stephanie Sexton @ the auburn location is/was extremely kind & extremely helpful. she made my visit at Binson’s medical equipment & supplies a wonderful experience from start to end and made the whole visit enjoyable. i left Binson’s happy & more educated about things then when i walked in there today. all around excellent service.
The lady was patient and kind in explaining how to use the CPak, she was very thorough, i really appreciated her personality in this situation
