I would not RECOMMEND Binsons' Southgate location. My husband did sleep study, they sent his script for a CPAP to this location because it's closest to their location - BIG MISTAKE!!! We called the day it was sent to them, explained we were leaving on a trip and wanted to take it with us. We were told someone would contact us. Waited a couple days, nothing - called and were told insurance was all set, someone would call to set up an appointment to pick it up. RecommendedWent to Binson’s to pick up my Cpap machine. The location is very pleasant and environment was just relaxed. I had no wait time. The young lady who helped me, April U, was very thorough and easy to understand. I lose interest quickly but she did a great job with explaining everything to me.

Went to the store today without a clue of what I was getting into when my Dr. ordered my cpap machine. By the time my appointment was over I think I mastered it thanks to the customer service and very knowledgeable young lady Brandi A. She went over all the mask availavle and found the perfect one that will fit my needs along with my claustrophobia. That was my biggest fear. But the mask she introduced me to is outstanding.
