My husband and I recently worked with Tricia Whittle Carty to draft up our wills and Powers of Attorney. We were so happy with the service. Tricia is the consummate professional. Mr. Binsky made multiple mistakes during closing the sale of one property and purchase of two dependant in the sale of the property. He did not do proper title search and I closed the property with 15 open city permit that costed me $183,000 of city fees and permits in addition to $65,000 of legal fees in suing bin sky and his office for negligence Binsky lied during the discovery but evidence of dates and phone calls convicted him without any doubt I won the case against him but I wasted 4 years of my time on him and his la... read more
