Told me all of my ball joints were bad and that they couldn't do an alignment. Went home inspected all of them and theres no slop, noises or anything else wrong with the ball joints. They were going to try to charge 1500$ for new ones when the parts to do it is like 200$
I went in and got two spare tires from the front of my vehicle tires are super old which I don't mind if they were old but they were weather cracked they should have been thrown in the garbage I went back there and told them about how poor and weather crack the tires were very unsafe for the road they told me that I could buy two new tires and they would credit me well I went there because I'm on a budget and I don't have no money to buy two tires and the other reason why I went there is because my front tires that I had on ... read more

We run 3 Toyotas and 1 Ford Diesel, and The Binsfeld Tire team has done 100% of the scheduled maintenance, tires, wheels, and work on the wear items on our small fleet. We have logged over 1M miles with almost no breakdowns over the last 14 years. Credit given to Binsfeld Team and us running Toyotas. FYI 1 lower radiator hose @ -20 F Alternator fail. I have to say that Binsfeld tire shop is one of the best places I have been. I needed new tires for my truck. I explained what I wanted and they picked the perfect tire for me. They gave me 3 options, low price, medium or high. No pushing to buy the most expensive tire. Every one was friendly. The waiting room is nice and relaxing. I appreciated the loaner car they gave me as well. As an older single lady, we worry about being taken advantage of at auto shops. I felt comfortable with every thing they suggested.
