Doctor Shaw is a joke he was going to do on me The spinal stimulator procedure if he was worried because of my weight and anything about infection if you didn’t want any part, how come he didn’t make me sign a waiver and do the procedure after all he had everything approved by Workmen’s Comp. now my Workmen’s Comp. is in jeopardy
