They are weirdly aggressive and defensive about their administrative shortfalls. For appointments booked in a very particular way, they don't send automatic booking confirmations. When I pointed out that gap in their procedures, they argued with me about how I should babysit my provider to make sure they booked the appointment correctly and that the front office can't do anything about it if I don't book with them directly. Compassion, empathy, understanding and help in many forms. I have had many positive experiences with both my Psychiatrist, Dr. Evelyn Dennison, and the entire staff. They are ALL terrific. Friendly, professional and supportive. I highly recommend Binnacle Psychiatry.
Extremely disappointed with the service. Scheduled an in-person appointment, but upon arrival, was told it's virtual with no prior notice. Office manager's response was dismissive and rude. Avoid if you value professionalism and find another provider who cares about their patients.
Dr. Bay literally saved my life. After being over medicated leaving Fairfax, I was experiencing uncontrollable drooling, which Dr. Bay immediately recognized as inability to swallow - an allergic reaction to a med I was on, and corrected it. To begin with, Rebecca Bay is a typical psychological profiler who utilizes a useless power approach to her evaluations and is extremely focused on one diagnosis which she believes is the only possibility and concern. She refuses to use any empirical research or quantitative data when making diagnosis which is probably why she has the figure she does.
