Lack of communication and rude person answering phone calls. They came gave estimate and decided not to show or call customer because apparently they didn’t want to do the job.

Been using them for years. they are always timely, knowledgeable and professional. *Update* They sold their business to another company. I wish them luck with their new clientele.
Friendly, competent and always do an excellent job. Always safe, competent and fair. They couldnt fix the problem this time and did not charge me for the visit, but referred me to a pool person (pool backfill drain clogged) so as to not damage anything. I trust these guys. They are honest. I have used Binley plumbing for years and will keep doing so
