I went in for a nail removal, which usually requires a soak off if i’m incorrect, instead i received a “peel off”, where my nails were removed with the tip of a nail extension, which resulted in one of my nails almost coming off entirely. my nail began bleeding and the nail technician i had, named Charles, I believe, just put nail glue back on my broken nail, which underneath is my skin. my nails now feel very thin and brittle and i’m not even sure if i can get my nails done anymore (which is the reason i went to get my nail... read more
I had a fantastic experience getting my pedicure done by Apple. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My feet have never felt or looked better.
