Entirely too rough on people’s fingers. I went in today to get my nails done. Left without completing the service. It was really painful as she was filing and drilling. At one point it felt like she was filing my knuckle. After washing my hands I was able to see how badly she had actually filed my skin with the file and drill. The nail tech I had made me bleed in multiple places. KIM used a bright pink that I didn’t like on my nails. After only one nail was done, I asked if she could switch to a more neutral colour. Instead of showing me other options, she tried to convince me that the colour that I didn’t like was nice. I said that I wouldn’t like it and she started to get very angry, talking loudly in Vietnamese to other staff, clearly reflecting anger toward me and the fact that I asked to try a different colour. DO NOT GO HERE. They over charged me by $20 (should have been $55) and they didn’t care. The service is horrible and they will rip you off
