Excellent customer service, everyone there communicates to patients and eachother, and work hard to make things work for you. Everyone's bedside manner is EXCELLENT, including Dr. B and all staff. I'm a nurse practitioner so I'm extra sensitive to issues in a clinic, and they're doing it right - in the clinic side and the aesthetics side both.
I began going to Dr Binlhlam’s office about 2 years ago and I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are! I especially appreciate Christy in Aesthetics. She always explains every procedure before during and after as far as what is needed and is especially attentive to how you respond to the treatments!
I had my 1st treatment on yesterday and I have to say I was apprehensive in the beginning. However, Katie was very patient. She walked me through what the procedure would and would not do and addressed everyone of my concerns. This morning I'd like to say Katie things are looking good. I can't wait to see you next month!
