Dr. Nguyen has been my Rheumatologist for 10 years. He listens and answers my questions, which are always numerous. The entire staff at UT Physicians is professional and treats me with respect and compassion.
Great doctor. Impossible to get necessary paperwork completed and sent so that you can get your prescriptions. It's been a month and we've been going in circles. No one says the same thing, messages sent with no replies, incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible when treating patients with painful autoimmune diseases that rely on care and medication.
Very disappointed with the staff for making appointments. I don’t know how nice Dr Binh Nguyen. I will wait and see if my appointment comes.
