Doctor Phan is so knowledgable, professional, gentle & caring. I am so grateful to have found his practice. I've been a patient for a couple of years now & I can't recommend him enough for general cleaning & cavity fillings. He really listens to your concerns & does everything he can to make you comfortable. The staff are also very friendly - Olivia & Paula are so kind & helpful.
My husband is 93 years of age and has end stage prostate cancer. He had not been to the dentist for several years and one of his teeth started having pain. His prior dentist retired, so I was searching for a new dentist. I saw Dr. Phan’s listing. He had good reviews, was a UCLA Grad and was 3 blocks from us which was a benefit for us. This is the worst dental office. Poor service and rude staff. Especially the female manage with strong accent is terrible. They don't deserve a star. Stay away from this clinic. I did not walk in with many questions. I simply asked if Dental Care Cypress accepts my insurance. The female manager lied to me stated that Dental Care Cypress didn't have contract with my insurance and wanted me to pay cash for the exam, x-ray, and procedures. If you have dental anxiety or a fear of pain, this is the perfect place for you. Dr. Binh Phan is the most gentle, caring, and compassionate dentist I have ever been to. I had a tooth extraction and a bone graft done without feeling any pain during or after the procedure. His work was so excellent that I did not need pain medication afterwards.
