The front desk here is honestly terrible. Super rude, hangs up before you even finish talking, and tells you to just “call back tomorrow” if you have questions. No concern at all about what the patient is going through. I asked what the medications were for, and instead of checking with the doctor, they just gave random answers—completely wrong.
