This is my second time having my Colonoscopy done here. I’m very pleased with Dr Xie.New office location.New workers that are a pleasure to deal with. I wasn’t ask for no co pay upfront as others has stated. Dr Xie Doesn’t Double book appointments as my previous doctor did. When choosing a new doctor I check Healthgrades.com. And Vitals.
They are at the Metuchen office on Tuesday and Thursday. New office on the First Floor. Completely new staff working there . It’s nice to be welcomed . I never experienced any issues with this doctor that previous reviews mentioned . I recommend this doctor.
When I’m choosing a new doctor I check the reviews on Health grades.com or Vitals.com .If it’s your first time getting a colonoscopy Dr Xie explains everything to you . All the colonoscopy’s are done on Saturday. This Doctor staff doesn’t double booked appointments as my previous doctor did. The staff is very polite and helpful. I’m glad I found Dr Bingru Xie compared to my previous doctor he would double book appointments
They are at the Metuchen office on Monday and Thursday. They must have new office people working there, they answered my call on the 3 ring . I never had any issues with this doctor as I had with my previous doctor.
So this is a weird place to say the least, my conversations with the doctor herself has been fine. Recently there's a new doctor there, weird. So anyways, I don't have any issues with that, my main issue is a few things, their paperwork is riddled with English errors which I had told them about and they had to correct themselves. The front people are really incompetent in my experience of going to this place a few times, they would mix up names and have you sign paperwork twice. It's happened. I wish I was making this up.
