I Made appointment, a few days before appointment date , I got a call from the office desk ask me to pay $200 up front, if not pay she said the appointment will be cancel, this is something I never understand, what is going on with this place, do Dr.Xie Bingru behind this ? What is going on ?
This clinic was fraudulently charging patients, collecting medical fees from patients while simultaneously filing insurance claims with the insurance company. When patients questioned the clinic, they promised refunds but then stalled for time with various excuses, hoping the patients would eventually give up. This went on for five months. Unless you wanna get scammed then this is not the doctors office you want to go to. My friend has called this place 5 different times trying to get her money back. They made her pay for her appointment which her insurance ended up covering and then made her pay for another appointment which her insurance also ended up paying too. This is my second time having my Colonoscopy done here. I’m very pleased with Dr Xie.New office location.New workers that are a pleasure to deal with. I wasn’t ask for no co pay upfront as others has stated. Dr Xie Doesn’t Double book appointments as my previous doctor did. When choosing a new doctor I check Healthgrades.com. And Vitals.
They are at the Metuchen office on Tuesday and Thursday. New office on the First Floor. Completely new staff working there . It’s nice to be welcomed . I never experienced any issues with this doctor that previous reviews mentioned . I recommend this doctor.
