One of the few doctors who charges you upfront for copays. If it turns out they overcharged you after the insurance claims settled, good luck getting your refund back. I have called them 4 times during the last three months for my refund, still nothing. What kind of business is this!!!!
They refused to provide my lab results. They said I either had to schedule an appointment with the doctor (and pay again) or find them on Labcorp by myself. Also, while I was there, two Chinese staff members were badmouthing a Black staff member in Chinese. This was disrespectful and discriminatory. You shouldn’t say bad things in front of someone in your own language just because they don’t understand.
This clinic is just robbing the money. You know what? They charge $150 just to read a report, $150 for a copy, and a $500 deposit, but they never provide any statements. I called them twice to request a statement; the first time they said I needed to ask the insurance company to get the statement, and the second time they said they needed to get the manager's approval and would get back to me. The doctor is okay. It is the front receptionist that I had an issue with I called the office because I wanted to speak with the doctor about an issue of pain in my left side. The receptionist told me I ti to schedule a telecall appointment with the DR. I made an appointment to do so.However I called the office back 2x asking if the doctor could call in a refill of my prescription never got a reply back . I saw this doctor 2 years ago for stomach issues which did resolve but when they started to come back . I ended up at the ER twice and tried contacting my doctor for help & i was told by the receptionist desk that the doctor was on vacation for the next month and i asked if i could do a televist or something for the mean time and they told me to figure it out and go somewhere else . I wouldn’t come back they aren’t professional and the doctor is away very often.
