Shocking customer service. First of all a large truck was sent when a small truck was requested. It didn’t fit so we had to reschedule. It takes 30min on hold to talk to anyone. Thirdly the full skip has not been picked up. We were told Monday afternoon. It is now Wednesday evening and it’s still there. Numerous phone calls, waiting all day for you to come. It’s incredibly inconvenient and totally unacceptable. I have sent an email.
If it's tiles and bricks, then it's very cheap.
I ordered a 6 bin and placed the order about 8 am hoping for the same day delivery. I ordered it online. I get a missed call from them, then call them back and the lady could not find my order even though I had a confirmation email with order number etc. Fine that happens. Then I get enother missed call and I call back. The lady told me they could not deliver the bin in my driveway as I had no height clearance and a roof over my driveway!
