My review was deleted (no surprised there). I was his patient in 2024. At first he was great. However when I requested a virtual session once just so that I could request a bloodwork to show my endo, I was put at 5PM session, but the office closes at 5PM. I was waiting for 45 minutes with an empty promise from the desk receptionists that "he would be there soon." No communication from the doctor whatsoever. I moved to NJ for a job, and there are surprisingly few PCP with good reputations in my area. That said, Dr Zhu was very attentive to my concerns and respectful. If you move to millburn, Springfield or anywhere in Union county, definitely seek him as a PCP Edit: dropping stars because I was basically fleeced with the virtual consultation. Our whole family switched to having him as our PCP. Dr. Zhu is very thorough and always updated with current treatment options. Also, the staff are amazing and very courteous.
Very professional and charismatic! Efficient hardly any waiting at all. Highly recommended
