I had rented one out of the three bedroom-apartment for two years. The apartment is fully furnished (bed, tv, stove, fridge, desk, etc.). The bed room size is great for individuals who does not mind a compact/cozy space. Wonderful parking spaces in the back and nice patio with BBQ/grill that can be utilized by tenants. There is an onsite handy man when needed and landlord is attentive to any problems you might have. I was a past tenant from another property. I have a great experience living there and there were never any big issues that couldn't be fixed. The rent was pretty affordable as well. Whenever there was an issues, like maintenance work, the landlord would come over and try to fix it right away. Sometimes when he wasn't available, he will let you know and he would do his best to get back to you as soon as possible. Decent SMALL space yet it is not in a good neighborhood. Landlord is unreasonable, unfair and money hungry, also treats college students who are adults and have tuition to pay like they are little kids. Not much privacy due to landlord sniffing around and listening to doors. Also there are unfair policies. He has the same lease as Binghamton University yet is it’s OFF campus housing. Low price you pay for what you get. WiFi is shared throughout the whole building and runs slow, not good for student with online classes.
