I used to think the VA I was at before was terrible but after going to this facility, I realize how lucky and fortunate I was at the prior VA. Terrible tableside manner there are days where they get off of work before it's even two or 3 o'clock during the middle of the week. You have to be on top of them to get anything done like you're their supervisor.
