Even if you're 100% service-connected permanent & permanent/total, I do not recommend this clinic. If you are a women & are assigned Dr. Webster, I absolutely recommend changing doctors immediately. He doesn't understand really anything about psychiatry beyond "just think positive thoughts". I don't know why a doctor would be clueless as to why anxiety is increased when you're told you have ONE TO TWO YEARS LEFT ON THIS EARTH. I might not even make it to my daughter's graduation. Even if you're 100% service-connected permanent & permanent/total, I do not recommend this clinic. The ONLY reason I have late-stage cancer is their refusal to listen to me about my symptoms for years. Told me I didn't need a Pap smear for five years. I came with late stage cancer. Now, I'm being punished & lied about for switching doctors. I tried to switch doctors years ago but this doctor told me it wasn't possible. I found out, years later that it actually is possible. Stage 4 Cancer patient here, due to THIS VERY VA clinic straight up ignoring my symptoms for years. 100% service-connected veteran. It's all in my records. If you have a DEATH WISH, you're in good hands at the VA Clinic here in Binghamton. Good luck getting them to answer a phone. Been going here for over 10 years. They do the bare minimum. They have no reliable services for homeless veterans. They have horrible communication skills and just repeat nonsense information read from a pamphlet designed to frustrate and irrate you till you hang up and
