The landlord is very rude and hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I wouldn’t rent here at all if you want to pay rent online because he only accepts cash because of his shady banking issues.

Worst Landlord In Binghamton!!. I mean seriously. I lived there for 1year. All the people in the apartment were frustrated due to behavior of the landlord. Try to find other place than this. The landlord cause so many trouble to the students. Expensive Apartment Not worth the money.
