I finally decided to write this review after two weeks of cooling down from the immense amount of dissatisfaction and tensions caused by this dealership. The employee Dawn, has no knowledge about cars and relies heavily on the mechanic. The mechanic paid by the hour, are more determined to tell the customer what should be replaced in the car to make it brand new... not safe or workable.
