We are very pleased... This monument company did what no other monument company did; they took their time with our family and explained all the options that could have possibly gone into creating a memorial for our father. Very Happy With the Service The stone I am ordering is still in process. The representative has been very helpful and understanding working with me to be sure I it is exactly what I want. My family experienced a lot of unhappiness with another company for the stone we purchased for my parents grave. Binghamton-Johnson City Monument Co. straightened out many problems we had at that time. That is why I have returned to them for this stone.

I would never buy from them again. Talk about squeezing the wallet of a weeping person. You are best to shop around. Look through the Rock of Ages smoke and mirrors. Give Broome Monuments a call, there service and bedside manner are excellent!

I also suggest pricing monuments at different places after you get specific information from the cemetery about the size, etc of the stone you will have erected. Even though I purchased a nice headstone from this business I think back to the sales person who pushed the subject of different designs for the stone costing more money that I should not have spent. The staff was pleasant enough but... read more
