Not going good have had my car over two weeks still not done . Communication poor one service advisor said it should be covered under warranty second one calls me tells my 3600.00 . Dont recommend going here. Car broke down and they seem to be taking advantage of me.
Called to have a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced as it broke down spilling all the coolant out, needed to be towed. Was told by their service department that since I didn’t buy it there that it would be 90 days until they could even look at it. Terrible, will not do business with them in the future and will tell anyone looking for a vehicle to go elsewhere. Brian M. A scheduled standard oil change turned bad. Somehow the service department mixed work orders. I’m not sure my vehicle received the scheduled work after 3 hours. I returned 1.5 yrs later with issues surrounding my vehicle, being the only Dodge dealership in area. Because I didn’t purchase or service my vehicle there more than once, I was informed to go to another dealership because they weren’t “familiar” with my vehicle?
