Made an appointment for 9 AM. for NYS inspection. Dropped the truck off the afternoon before. Went to get my truck at 2:05 PM day of appointment and they hadn't started it yet. When I asked "what was the point of my making a 9 AM appointment?" I was told " it's just to get you on the calender." BUYER BEWARE. Service is terrible. Update: engine light went on. Managed to get it to the dodge dealer barely made it. They told me it would be at least a month (yes 4 weeks) before they could get to it, if they could get the parts. T... read more
These guys did a great job diagnosing the problem with my truck. They were very clear on what the issue was and my options to deal with it. I got my truck back and the Tpms sensors were working which I wasn't even concerned about. Very pleased with these guys. Good job.
People here are humble, helped me out in a pinch even tho they were slammed. Thanks again for the humanity
