This was my 3rd vehicle I purchased here.The reason for my return was excellent customer service before...this time not so much.My salesman of past years raised his voice and was rude to me. Not going good have had my car over two weeks still not done . Communication poor one service advisor said it should be covered under warranty second one calls me tells my 3600.00 . Dont recommend going here. Car broke down and they seem to be taking advantage of me.
Called to have a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced as it broke down spilling all the coolant out, needed to be towed. Was told by their service department that since I didn’t buy it there that it would be 90 days until they could even look at it. Terrible, will not do business with them in the future and will tell anyone looking for a vehicle to go elsewhere. Brian M.
