I went in and they were quick, but didn't provide the accurate care I needed. I came in with fever, raspy lungs, coughing, throwing up as my symptoms. They prescribed me ammocillin without giving me an x-ray, they just took my heart rate and blood pressure and sent me off with paperwork. I was sick for 2 more weeks after that, went to a different urgent care because I needed better care. Not recommended and I usually don't leave reviews so yeah, for the safety of the people! ;)
My hubby and I have both been here a few times. They are all so good to us! They are very caring and thorough. They always follow up with us the following day! That is unheard of these days. Dr. Shannon is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to the whole clinic staff!
Really unfortunate experience here and I will not be returning. Billing and communication problems. Make sure you don’t say almost anything during a wellness check, you know like telling your doctor how you feel - it will be billed as something else. I can’t be the only one that feels like a doctor should warn patients of that.
Terrible place, i had an exray, after 2 weeks I finally called for the results! Don't worry I got a bill though!
